These recipes make 2 servings: Takes 2 minutes and are 78 calories...Go ahead have two!!!

PEACH((Breakfast))SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup fat-free, lower-sugar, or citrus flavored yogurt
1/4 cup icy cold orange juice
1/2 cup cold fat-free milk
Pasteurized liquid egg whites, equivalent to 2 large eggs.
1 cup cold orange or tangerine segments

DIRECTI0NS:
Place the yogurt, orange juice, milk, egg whites, and orange segments in a blender.

Blend until smooth on high and drink cold, it's so refreshing.

PEACH SMOOTHIE:

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups sliced fresh peaches, nectarines, and/or apricots
1 cup fat free milk
1 6oz. carton, peach fat-free yogurt with no-calorie sweetner to taste
1 cup small ice cubes or crushed ice.

DIRECTIONS:

In a blender, combine fruit, milk, yogurt. Cover and blend until smooth.
Gradually add ice through hole in lid, blending until almost smooth. If desired, garnish each serving with fresh fruit.

For a DOUBLE BLUE BERRY SMOOTHIE

Substritute blueberry yogurt for peach and 1 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen, and 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blackberries instead of peaches.

DOUBLE RED BERRY SMOOTHIE

Substitute strawberry yogurt for peach and 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries and 1/2 cup fresh or frozen red rasberries for peaches.
