I'm sure some of you may have seen this on the internet already, but wanted to post. Which one can you relate to the most?

I'm on the 30 day diet. I also like # 4 and think it's cheaper than therapy.

Words for Women

1. Aspire to be Barbie - the bitch has everything.

2. If the shoe fits - buy them in every color.

3. Take life with a pinch of salt... A wedge of lime, and a shot of tequila

4. In need of a support group? - Cocktail hour with the girls!

5. Go on the 30 day diet. (I'm on it and so far I've lost 15 days).

6. When life gets you down - just put on your big girl panties and deal with it.

7. Let your greatest fear be that there is no PMS and this is just your personality.

8. I know I'm in my own little world, but it's ok. They know me here.

9. Lead me not into temptation, I can find it myself.

10. Don't get your knickers in a knot; it solves nothing and makes you walk funny.

11. When life gives you lemons in 2009 - turn it into lemonade then mix it with vodka.

12. Remember where ever there is a good looking; sweet, single or married man; there is some woman tired of his bull!

13. Keep your chin up, only the first 40 years of parenthood are hard.

14. If it has Tires or Testicles, it's gonna give you trouble.

True story from this weekend. Hubbo drove me to my weekend craft fair, helped me set up, and then went home. Came at the end of the day to help me pack up.

Hubbo: "I hope we can get home. The car is out of gas."
Me: "When did you run out?"
H: "The gas light came on as soon as I left the garage." (20 miles ago)
Me: "So why didn't you get gas."
H: "I thought maybe I'd make it here."

HULLLOOO???? What's this, playing chicken with the gas gauge? It's not as if he didn't see at least 20 gas stations on the way here. I guess it's a macho thang to run out of gas in the middle of a freeway, after you've passed several gas stations at every freeway exit (1 mile apart.)

Stoopid, stoopid, stoopid. The dam- tires have more brains.

Mine is #8. No one truly, especially family, has tried to learn my life of grieving the loss of having children. Nor had asked "how I feel" after a total hysterectomy. Only "I'm jealous. You get to have no more periods!". NOT a good thing to say! I've felt like an outsider and not "in the loop" when it came to kids/grands and parenthood.

#10. If I could get angry at the right dosage and still walk straight or run straight in my panties/knickers. Then....I de-stress.

And I don't agree with #1...if she's so "together," then why did we have to buy her friends?

i find some of these (like #1,2,3,4 ) rather offensive.

Life is too short to worry about being like Barbie and using alcohol as a solution.
