Occasionally I'll visit plays done by amateurs. I have always been impressed by their fantastic acting. Many of the professional actors pick modern day pieces, or have rewritten classics. Most particularly, with the young. There's always a competition here in terms of the performing arts. I love the musicians and the choirs most especially. In Wales, children are compelled to take up music or learn to play an instrument and joining choirs are encouraged. Wales is the land of artists afterall.
