We recently bought a breadmaking machine. I have only tried the recipes that came with it and have found several sites with recipes, but I wanted to ask if anyone has recipes they've made using a bread machine. I have to say that I love this thing - throw all the ingredients in, set it, and it does its thing. Pretty amazing! So I have the basic white recipe and the light wheat recipe that I've made several times. Now I'm ready for something more adventurous, like jams. Anyone have recipes to share?

I LOVE my BMM! But i only use it for the dough cycle. We do NOT like the consistency of the bread that is baked in it. So, we use the cookbook that came w/it....plus I bought a great book at Ross' several years ago and I use it faithfully. Add the ingred. in order of appearance, then hit the DOUGH cycle. You'll then need to rise the dough etc....

When you use it for the dough only, you can shape, roll, add, etc to your hearts content!

We've made bagels, cinnamon rolls and rings, pizza, stuffed bread, fruit bread. In fact, at this very moment I am making a loaf of wheat bread w/honey. I do not use a traditional loaf pan...I use a square brownie pan...DH loves that shape.

Have FUN experimenting!!
