Here's a prayer I pray each morning:

More You,
Less me.

As I age, I'm adding:

More exercise,
Less food. [Razz]

And I don't like it one little bit! [Roll Eyes]

Dotsie: I can relate to that one. No, not easy at all! I, for one, need to work harder on that one!!!

Dotsie, that's something we all have to come to terms with as we grow "older".. [Eek!]

Our metabolism isn't the same as when we were younger. We can't process the same foods, or the same amounts of food. We need to change our diets to match the changes in our life. That's something I've only come to grip lately, since I've started the BWS diet. Once I understood that, the pounds are coming off. [Big Grin]

AMEN to that
The Boomer Womans Prayer

Sad but true,
Alas what can I do.

Theres more of me than should be,
The older that I get.

I'm on the Boomer diet,
So my pledge I won't forget.

I worship at your alter,
Lord help me not to falter.

The Oreo's are haunting'
Keep me strong Lord, & not whating. [Frown]

Cute, and oh so true.

It's not just the Oreo's. I wish! [Razz] I like the salty junk too!

Ellie, you little stinker! [Big Grin]

I remember seeing you at the Farmer's Market this time last year. You looked great and I told you so. [Wink] You gladly shared that you were going to Curves! You're responsible for my renewed interest in exercising and eating better! Thanks girlfriend. [Wink]
