Just have to post that all this goes to hell in a basket during the holidays.

Even though I still get to Curves and get in an occasional walk, it's just not the same because the junk that goes in the mouth is far too grand.

I think I'd have walk all day.

Oh, and just for the record, I read that it takes 45-50 minutes to walk off a cup of egg nog. Fortunately that isn't one of my favorites, but everything else is!

I just don't think about it. It's a few weeks out of the year. You have fun eating it and then it's all gone till next year. I enjoy being with my family anf friends and I enjoy eating lots and lots of food with them. It's okay. It's only temporary.
