Well, I found a wonderful way to find out just how out of shape you may be today. I decided to rake the front yard. I was only half way done when I decided that I had taken on a chore that I may not be able to finish alone. When I was three fourths of the way done, my daughter took pity upon me and decided to help me finish. It was a relief to see that she did not find it to be an easy task either. I consider her to be in good shape. If you need some exercise - get out and get some fresh air and start raking. My lawn is already filling up with leaves again. I know how I will get my exercise next weekend.
