AAAAAhhhhh! Countdown to bathing suit season. After a few weeks of doing Weight Watchers and losing nothing, I read The Carbo Addicts Diet by Drs. Heller. To my surprise, I lost 7 pounds in the first week and wasn't hungry. Then to my dismay, I stayed the same weight for the next three weeks having made no changes in the diet. (Water weight lost in the beginning?). I then bought the South Beach Diet, which is basically low carb but some stricter rules- No Reward meal, no white flour or potatoes or white rice-EVER. I lost one more pound, but seem to be stuck again. Has anyone else experienced this?
I have a feeling I need to add the dreaded E word to the routine-Excercise. [Razz]
