dancer9 Registered: 04/16/07 Posts: 2411 Loc: Arizona	Most here know that I broke my neck and am now rehabbing. When I broke my neck, (the second time,) they found Stenosis and a bulging disc elsewhere. They also found a tumor called a hemaganoma,(sp.) in one of my discs. Disc injury is so common amoung boomers. Do you have a back problem or a bad back or neck? Do you have treatment for it or not? Do you have back pain? I am treated with pain medication 24 hours a day, (which I am lowering at an astounding rate, by the way!!) I have Stenosis in other areas of my neck so I have to have check ups in case I need another sugery at one time. While I don't have neck or back pain nor past injuries, I've had my share of orthopedic surgeries. I've found my pain islessened by staying active. My knees are worse whn I don't exercise. Glad to hear you're able to back off the pain meds a bit.
