I'm just wondering if anyone is taking this. I bought it last week while shopping at Sam's Club. The directions are to take it with meals, three times a day. My problem is I can't remember to take it. Now that's scary. I know it proves I definitely need to take it. I'm considering sitting three of them on the counter every morning.

If you are taking it for memory, think on this. I went to the health food store thinking I also wanted ginkgo biloba for memory enhancement. When I asked the "herb guru" there he said that omega three fatty acids had proven better in studies for helping across the entire population.

I started with fish oils, but after I talked to my regular doc, I switched to flax oil because even though I was buying filtered fish oil (gets rid of the mercury), my doc said there was no standards for what was acceptable. The flax oil is plant based so no mercury issues.

Dots, that stuff gave me terrible nightmares. I'd rather have memory loss than that every night.

Nightmares? Hmm.

It helps me, when I remember to take it.

Just remember that it is a blood thinner and you need to back off of it if you have any surgical procedures done.

Wow, the things you learn at BWS. I think I'll talk to my doctor before I continue taking it. No nightmares, but I still haven't gotten three doses in one day yet.

Wouldn't be without it!!! I have taken it for years and my memory is as sharp as a tack. No side effects ever have been found even with years of extensive testing...

I thought selenium was good for the memory but I keep forgeting the word selenium. I take a giant fish oil capsule once a week. I better take more!
