I LOVED What About Bob...yep! One funny show. Course you know...I loved SHREK and have watched it a bazillion times. I love the adult humor combined with the cartoons...you?

I know that Woody Allen is a pervert and child molester but I love his movie, Alice, with Mia Farrow. Very, very fictional but I love her and this movie just cracks me up. I must have seen it 15 times and never get tired of it.

My word, what happened to the original topic of this thread?

Oh LaLa....if you get the chance, go see Shrek2!!!!!! You are going to love it if you like Shrek....it seems the sequel to movies is never as good as the first one but in this case it is. I was laughing so hard my girlfriend said, "would you hush!" hahahah....Lord, it was funny. I am on the waiting list for the sequel and have paid for it. Can't wait!

I must have missed something. How did this go from 'a lump' to a movie review? Oh well, it happens.

I thought GWTW was wonderful.

Here in the Southwest though, our favorite author is Larry McMurtry who wrote dozens of movies including "Terms of Endearment" which is kind of our own GWTW.
Every time I watch it I begin to cry then I call my daughter who is always already watching it too. She knows why I'm calling and she's crying too. She will blubber into the phone. "Yes, I'm watching it Mom. I'm watching it." Then we both hang up and go back for a good cry." Great movie.

Sher - when I first saw the word "lump" I hoped it was a man. Still am, actually.

Thoughts and prayers, kiddo. You're in my/our thoughts and prayers.

That's so funny..... a man. LOL!

Well, if your analogy is correct, I've had a lot of pretty nasty lumps in my lifetime and managed to survive them all!

Doc said Wednesday that there were no cold spots in my scan, which typically would cause concern for cancer. He told me that's really good news.

However, he said something is going on with me and he intends to find out. I have several more things scheduled in the next two weeks and then I go to the specialist on November 1. I'm actually happy that we're doing all these tests so that I will feel better when it's all said and done.

So, while he can't be positive cancer is out of the question at this point, it does look very, very good that we are not dealing with something life threatening. [Smile]

Thanks for all your thoughts, concerns and prayers. I am very appreciative.
