My daughter who is 34 weeks pregnant, has developed Intrahepatic Cholestasis. It's a liver condition that endangers the baby and makes her so sick. I wonder if anyone knows anything about this? I am tired and frightened after reading so much about this online.

I just read about it online; that sounds very scary. At least your daughter is only six weeks from her due date - if she has to be induced then the baby's chances are most likely quite good.

Kathy is right, it is a positive that your daughter is so close to delivery. I will put her and the baby on my prayer list.

Thank you all for caring. My granddaughter, Jasmin was delivered one month early on the 8th. She is fine, better than fine. She is so precious and healthy. My daughter, Lori, still has tests and will need time to regain her strength, but I think she looks better every day. I want to thank you for letting me cry that day....it helped.
