Women and Heart Attacks

Some people think only men need to worry about heart attacks but that is not true. Though women have some built in protection while we are younger, as we get older we start to lose it. Women have to watch close for signs of heart problems because they may not be as strong as they are in men. The most important thing I gleaned from them is that women may not always experience crushing pain when having a heart attack.
