TheNextBigWriter.com is running its annual Strongest Start Novel Competition where writers submit the first three chapters of their novel for consideration. The prize is $500 cash and a $2,400 publishing package from BookSurge.

Their site has a mostly 40+ audience and a large number of boomer women. That's why I thought the announcement might be of interest.

Yesterday, I mailed in my story to Marcia. It contained 1493 words and a unique idea, I think!
