White tea...? - 01/06/12 10:03 PM

I know about green tea. I know about black tea. But I'd never heard about white tea until a couple of days ago on "The Doctors" TV Show. I bought some and love it. Here's a link.

Pyramid Tea Bags. Anybody else drink this stuff?

I think properties in this white tea actually help weight control. Those looking to control their weight, may want to
try using white tea and see how it goes. It's working for me! Color me happy!!!! smirk

I've been drinking white tea for years -- I get one at the health food store called Uncle Lee's Tea.Switched to white from green because it has lower caffeine, but now even the caffeine level in white seems to be too much for me, so I've switched to decaf green tea from Trader Joe's.
