The Promise - 10/15/06 02:19 PM

I have a poem on Mosaic Minds if anyone wants to take a peek. It's an interesting site. The poem is called "The Promise." It's in the new issue, A Fine Line, under Poetry.

I also have one called "Little Sister" in the archives.

That's a thought.
The sad thing is, I think some of them meant it at the time. I wonder if any of them look back and remember making those promises and wonder where we are now ?? In most cases, it's probably better that they don't find us. We're too smart for that now.

Hey,

At the time I thought I would love them forever, too! I've seen some of them over the years...I was wrong!!

Congratulations Louisa on getting published AGAIN! Oh yes, that poem awakes memories. Quite honestly, when I think back, none of those guys would probably have lasted with me. You really do get more critical and pickier the older you get.
