Dear Writing Friends,

In addition to our regular online courses, we have our first E-book course available - The Reel Deal - Writing About Movies by Betty Jo Tucker. We will soon be offering all of the classes in E-Book format – a downloadable .pdf file for $18-30 depending on the length of course! There will no teacher contact or feedback, but you’ll own the course to study at your leisure and return to again and again! Currently The Reel Deal is available on the course page at the Long Story Short School of Writing. .

We are also offering free Course Samplers at the Long Story Short School of Writing. Go to the top of the home page for more info. Now available for sign up is Roseanne Dowell’s free Show, Don't Tell Course Sampler. Every Friday we will offer a different sampler – there is no obligation, it’s all for fun. Check it out here and write up your best response to her assignment – you might win an autographed copy of her latest novel, Satin Sheets! And you might learn something besides! All you do is enter your name and email address and you get the course sampler and a chance to win a book or an ebook.

Ladies,
Denise runs a great ship over there at LSS Writing School. Be sure and check this out.

Denise, on the last paragraph about Linda's group, could you maybe give the women here a tad more info on Linda? And I'm curious, the "write Linda and tell her why" thing? Does this mean that membership to join is by approval? Also, would it be benefical for anyone wanting to join this group to say they read about it here thru your post?
