Women who think too much. That's me. I'd love to hear what she has to say. Anyone else think too much? My youngest son once said, "Mom, how do I turn my thoughts off?" I thought, he's wired like me.

I'd like to read a good book on this. Of course, our minds are constantly on the go but it seems like some have TOO much going on. I'm one. I know I analyze everything to the point that it makes me tired. I've become more laid back as I've aged which is a good thing for me, but I still try to figure everything out. Wish there was a "hold" button sometimes.
