For my real estate job I need to find the best way to show comparable market analysis to buyers and sellers.
What I've been doing is printing out a map of the area of the "subject" property that shows the sales activities for the past 3 years. I put number 1, 2, 3, etc on each of the properties surrounding my "subject" property. Then I write the information like
1- purchased 10/01/04 for 150K lot size 80x125
2- purchased 05/05/03 for 125K lot size 80X125
3- purchased 03/07/05 for 180K lot size 80x125
that sort of thing
But that reaaaaaly doesnt look that professional. Gives them the info they need - but I'd like it to look nice too.
Does anyone have any suggestions of a software program that would help me present this professionally ??? Power Point ??? or a Publishing software ???
