I have a friend who is considered the evil stepmother for no other reason than she married this young man's dad and has been married to him for 34 years. About time the son accepted it, don't you think?
Every Christmas, my friend sends a picture of herself and her husband and their two black labs. Very cute. However, her husband makes her include his grown son's name, along with his wife's, on the card although they live in another state. Kind of weird.
So, I received my annual Christmas card and picture from her this year and it is her and her two grandchildren, sitting on top of a camel! It appears her husband didn't even make the cut this year and I have to admit, the camel is better looking than him!
The signature was Kathy and her two grandchildren's names, and then it was added, Not Pictured: and the rest of their names.
In her own way, she is making a statement and I love it.![[Big Grin]](images/icons/grin.gif)
