Guess where they found 12 puppies?

Twelve puppies were found in a Dumpster somewhere in this area. I was so upset I didn't listen to what town they were in. You know how cold it's been around here lately!
Talk about heartless, wacko goings-on....I hate this!

People must know the SPCA exists. What in heaven's name is wrong with some humans. Animals are smarter than half the population.
