Clarify for everyone here...it sounds like you need someone who is formally certified in Accounting and tax. Unless it's a simple problem that can be answered by a non-profit, consumer financial law website/agency for your state.

I worked for Pricewaterhousecoopers for several years, it is an international accounting and tax planning firm. I ran one of their tax law libraries for a few years and served the tax lawyers and accountants on their research needs.

Princess, you are free to email the financial expert at the NABBW since you are a member. I'm not sure what you need to know, but I'm sure she can help via email.
