Cruel joke being played

I was woken up out of a deep sleep this morning by my phone ringing. All of the neighbors reporting to me!!!

My annoying neighbors are moving today!!! I thought they were LONG GONE....when the moving truck just returned!!!

Please please don't tell me the new neighborhood sent them back to us for another 6-7 yrs of torture!!!

I should have held off on my happy dance!!!
