flower arranging? - 05/09/05 05:38 PM

This is the time of year I get excited about cutting fresh flowers and bringing them indoors. Anyone else do that?

What's blooming in your gardens?

I just got a hanging basket of Impatiens for mother's day and a sterling silver hybrid tea rose plant!

Oh Songbird, I love Impatients. They just fill in a flowerbed and make it come alive! And of course who doesn't love roses? I bought myself a double impatient hanging basket yesterday that is yellow flowers. It looks like miniature roses. So lovely! Speaking of lovely, I heard just this morning that your CD is in fact, absolutely lovely!

Dotsie,
I want take a class at CCBC this winter on flower arrranging . I love taking roses and putting them in small buches on the table for dinner . I want to learn to do this well. These classes take four weeks and can't wait .
