Zika vs. Planned parenthood...?

Okay. Congress has been asked to approve a billion or so dollars to fight Zika virus. They did not approve those funds. They didn't want to divert money from Planned Parenthood. What's the thoughts on this one?

Doesn't anybody think preventing a virus that creates serious birth defects is more important than ending pregnancy?

I don't get it???
