Microwave fudge - 12/31/05 06:19 AM
Someone brought up the subject of microwave fudge while in a thread discussing Bosco.
Does anyone know of the recipe?
Would love to have it.
Thank you

I've got this recipe in a notebook....somewhere.
Let me look for it and get back to you.
Oh, geez where did I have that last?

I always use pecans...but this receipe can be made without nuts.
Flawless Fudge
1 1/2 cups pecans or walnuts
16 semi-sweet choclate baking squares (2 packages)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
Spread nuts on cookie sheet, bake 10 mins. to toast; cool.
Melt chocolate and milk in large micro-bowl, on high 2-3 mins. or until chocolate is almost melted.
Stir in vanilla and nuts. Spread in foil lined 8" square pan.
Chill 2 hours or until firm.
Enjoy!
