Taco Soup - EASY!

I call this the "2 Soup" because it's 2 of everything!

2 lbs ground beef
2 cans corn
2 cans pinto beans
2 cans diced tomatoes (I use 1 can tomatoes and 1 can of Rotel)
2 packages of Taco mix (the stuff you buy to flavor taco meat)

Brown beef and add other ingredients WITHOUT draining. Simmer til ready. This is GREAT with cornbread!

and should we add "two antacids"? Ha. (for my hubby - I have a digestive track made of steel!)

I love this stuff and so does my family. Cheap, quick and easy... the best kind of recipe!

The only thing I do differently is I use one package of Taco seasoning and one package of dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix. It really does something to it. You'll have to try it sometime.
