My son (now 19) first made this one for his girlfriend. I tried it next, and it was a HUGE hit with the family. I cook the chicken in the micro before adding to the dish, which makes it even easier.

Chicken Noodle Cassrole

2 small chicken breasts, boneless, cubed
1/2 cup cooked pasta (I like small fusili, but any small or med sized pasta will do)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup celery, chopped
BBQ potato chips, crushed

Combine all except chips in a low, flat cassarole dish (ungreased). Spread crushed chips over the top and bake in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hr. Enjoy [Big Grin]

Sorry, I should have stressed that the chicken has to be cooked before adding! [Roll Eyes]
