ANGEL FOOD STRAWBERRY DELIGHT
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 store bought, sugar free,(optional) angel food cake
* 8 oz. non-dairy whipped topping
* 1 pint large fresh strawberries
DIRECTIONS:
Set aside eight strawberries for garnish...
Dice the remaining strawberries.
Cut off the top of the angel food cake and make a little trough in bottom the layer.
Mix diced strawberries with 2-3 tablespoons of whipped topping.
Fill the center of the bottom layer with strawberry mixture, and replace top layer.
Frost with remaining whipped topping.
Garnish with whole strawberries.
Makes a nice light dessert after a large filling meal...
