Cut up a package of fresh strawberries and sprinkle with 5 packets of Splenda. Set aside in the refrigerator until later (about 3 hours).

Thaw a tub of sugar free Cool Whip in the refrigerator. (however long it takes in your fridge)

Open a tub of Jello brand sugar free Strawberry jello into a bowl and smoosh it up with a spoon into little bite size chunks.

Pour about a 1/2 to 2/4 c of strawberries onto jello.

Top with 1/4 c. s.f. Cool Whip.

You have a yummy Strawberry Treat with very little calories and a whole lot of sweetness.

Thanks, Dotsie.. It took 3 years.. lots of walking and lots of eating right to get this way. No secret diets, no magic pills, nothing like that, just good old fashion eating right and exercise. That's what I found that works.
