publishing investor sample contract

Does anyone have or know where I can find sample contracts for publishing investors?

Gosh Robin...that's a good question. Hmm...I know I don't have a clue, but maybe someone in the publishing biz would? Have you tried a "google" search with just the words "publishing investors contracts" in there?
