night at hot pots

Has anyone ever been to a studio where you pick the pottery you want to paint and create your own piece?

We're doing this as a Girl's Night Out in January. One of the women on the event team frequents Hot Pots. She's made memory plates for her children and other family members. She's much more creative than I. I'll probably talk the night away and paint the simplest piece possible.

I've been to them but never had the chance to try it. It looks like a lot of fun and everyone was enjoying themselves when I peeked in.
You will do just fine I am sure. I think talking in a place like that is part of the healing process.
