Yippee, Elations is here... - 06/19/08 07:50 PM

Hi guys or I should say gals!
My shipment of Elations arrived today. I had my 1st bottle and am looking forward to consuming the rest of the case.
I'm going to give it a month's worth of testing. I pray it works as good as they say. That darn ole arthritis has been so painful in recent weeks, I can't hardly stand it! I'll report back on the benefits! Hopefully, it'll be as goooooooood as I anticipate.
Be back with this subject at the end of July!!!

Remember to drink one every day, Jabber. It was at least a week before I started noticing a difference, and it was kind of vague. But within 3 weeks I realized I wasn't limping down the stairs any more, so keep it up!

Let me know how it goes!

Who found this Elation stuff? I never heard of it & probably walked right by it a zillion times, checked as soon as I saw Jabber's post. YEP it's n 3 stores I shop at. I'm going to try it too, as soon as I get back to town. Kathy, what did you take it for? I read the testiments on their website and someone said 'thumb', I've got a trigger thumb. LOL No, I don't shoot people.
Plus a bum old ankle break that has Arthritis and a crunckie knee. Thanks to Who Ever Brought this to our attention.

I have really bad knees, and playing racquetball really makes them ache. I am VERY happy I found Elations - it was in one of Dotsie's newsletters. It's relatively new, QBall.

I haven't found it in my stores yet - was it cheaper in the store or online? And what stores did you find it in?

Re: Yippee, Elations is here... - 06/20/08 01:08 PM

I wasn't able to find it in the stores around here; so, I ordered it online. I'm going to order a few more cases and give 1 to my newphew and SIL. Both of them have aching bones. It tastes real good, too! Don't worry, DD; I'll be taking it everyday! Anything that releaves pain, I ain't about to forget!

OK, this is QB101, signed in as old QB.. oh well, I'm here! That's the main thing.
Kathy you asked what stores I found the Elations in..I looked at their website and checked under the store locator...In my area it's supposed to be available in Wal*Mart (naturally what isn't? LOL), Walgreens & Harps/Price Cutter grocery stores. Which those last 2 are more of a local chain around here. However you could look on the website and see what stores local to you are listed. I'm sure IF they are listed, they'd get it into stock if you mentioned it to them. With gass$$, call around before driving might be wise. I won't be shopping till tomorrow, so I'm not sure it's stocked in the stores here, I'll know tomorrow & as luck would have it need to go to all 3 of the stores I mentioned. No not just to look for Elations LOL

Re: Yippee, Elations is here... - 06/22/08 02:52 PM

I originally looked online 4 the stores that carried this product. Then I checked them out in person. They didn't carry it, yet. I ordered some online. Then, yesterday, I noticed Weymans started stocking it. Since it was few dollars cheaper there, that's where I'll buy it in the future. Who knew anything that tastes that good, would actually be good 4 U????

Re: Yippee, Elations is here... - 06/22/08 10:07 PM

My Elations Search was a success. FIrst I went to Walmart & they didn't have it. Surprise... So I went to Harps as there's not a Walgreens in the town I went to yesterday. I went straight to the location where Elations should be and was so dissapointed, None..so I grabbed what little left on my list that came from Harps, on the way out of the store in a shopping cart-{I'd passed right by going in or they parke it while I was elsewhere--let's say that LOL
.. YEP. Elations with a Hot Pink sign - $2.00 (yes Two Dollars) a 6pk. It was the Raspberry-Grape and being doubtful of the two flavors that I would care for it I only bought one pack. But, it actually tastes really good. Can't beat $2.00 for seeing if one's taste buds like something. Tuesday I will go back by there and see if they've restocked the Cran-apple flavor, if not and they have any R-G left I'll get another one. Thursday I'll be near a Walgreens and report back on the availability there. Thanks DD & Jabber for bringing this to our attention. Oh Dotsie I realized when I logged on where I've seen the Elations package, Here on the homepage. how embarassing..

Re: Yippee, Elations is here... - 06/22/08 10:10 PM

$2!!??!! Yikes, I paid $60 for a case online, more than a dollar a bottle. I'm in Southern California and I haven't seen in my WalMart or Target or RiteAid. Maybe I'll check other pharmacy type stores.

Please let us know how you do with it, k?

Re: Yippee, Elations is here... - 06/24/08 03:00 PM

Qball,
You got it for a great price. I paid $7.00 at Wegman's 4 a six pack. It was a little more online, 4 six packs were over $31.00. That's why I said I'll buy it at Wegman's from now on. I love the stuff. Today will be my 6th bottle and I believe it's helping already. I'll let you folks' know how I feel after a month's test. Thanks boomerwomen and Dancing Dolphin. I'll be so glad to get rid of that awful pain.

Re: Yippee, Elations is here... - 06/24/08 09:23 PM

Hi,
Thought I'd pass this along, the store that was selling Elations for $2/6pk, was out today & the sign for it was still there, showing $2 with the normal price of $7.56. Still after work today I paid $1.48 for a bottle of water on my way out. So all in all it's not that out of line. This store that had the sale is a large chain around here however they're aways more pricey than other stores. But, they tend to have things of all sorts not available elsewhere. Checking Walgreens Thursday. LOL I'm on bottle #3, can't wait to be Elated.
Glad to hear it's kickin' in Jabber.

QBall, your comment about what we pay for bottled water is right on. Great thinking!

Re: Yippee, Elations is here... - 06/25/08 04:31 PM

Say Qball,
Do you play pool a whole lot? Or do you just get knocked around more than the average bear??? Just wondered!

Re: Yippee, Elations is here... - 06/25/08 04:51 PM

OH Jabber,
I wondered if pool would ever come? LOL Such a topic, when I first met my DH he swore that as many bars as I frequented BM, Not pooie Before Marriage. He was sure I could play pool. Well, I can't- love to try but alas, it's pointless. It took years to convience him that I wasn't sharking him for something in later years, I seriously can't play pool. I would still and hope to one day aquire a pool table for my den and learn. So, to answer your question I suppose the knocked around analogy would best suit. However, the Q Ball is the one that busts all the others & rightfully puts them in their place. Plus, if you knock the QBall off the table it's just wrong. LOL

Re: Yippee, Elations is here... - 06/26/08 01:56 PM

True. And if the Qball goes in first, you lose the game!

Dotsie,
I hope I didn't sound like I was complaining about the cost of Elations. I'm so happy it was invented and I'm so happy to acquire the product, I'm not complaining 1 iota! In fact, at some functions they charge $2.00, 4 a bottle of water. Pills with those same ingredients, can cost over $40.00, with a suggested dosage of 2 at once. So the Elation is a good value, no matter how a person looks at it!!! And I love the way it tastes.

Re: Yippee, Elations is here... - 06/26/08 10:15 PM

Jabber see how little I know about pool.

Has anyone caught yourself almost grabbing a 2nd bottle of Elations just cause it tastes good? Tempting, but Dare not, it is a medicinal drink. I'm on day 5 and it's still early to tell if it's coincedence or Elations, but my bionic ankle and trigger thumb both are not nearly as pestersum as usual by this time of day. I'm SOLD on it!

Re: Yippee, Elations is here... - 06/27/08 10:56 PM

Reporting: I found Elations at Walgreen's today. $8.99/6pk, still that comes in at the same I paid for water from the checkout cooler at Wally World. Found the Cranberry-apple, yeah.. I got 2 while I had it found. Walgreen's was low on it, think they had 3 left after I got mine, so it must be catching on.

Anne327,
No booze. Just Glucosamine/chondroitin, vitamin C and Calcium! It's supposed 2 help build healthier joints. Not barrooms; human bones!!!

Re: Yippee, Elations is here... - 06/29/08 11:37 PM

LOL You know when Aanne mentioned 'how much alcohol?', i went back in time to youth. We are a few miles outide a 'blink-n-miss-it' town..years ago one of the store keeper ladies let me in on a secret. The little church ladies coming in with the fake sniffiles and petite coughs were not ill at all...they were buying Nyquil frequently 2 -3 bottles at a time. LOL For the Alcohol!
Ms. Margaret made me swear not to tell. At 15 I thought that was such an honor to be let in on the secret.

Re: Yippee, Elations is here... - 07/01/08 01:14 PM

Qball,
There's got 2 B an easier way 2 get booze. Don't you think?
I mean, Nyquil? Yuck!!!

Re: Yippee, Elations is here... - 07/03/08 01:57 AM

do you know that those little packaged cleaning pads that you get in fast food restaurants? -- they used to have alcohol for cleaning, and now they don't. Just water and soap, because some worry-wart was afraid that those teeny weeny pads might be used by someone with an alcohol problem. That's even more desperate than Nyquil.

Re: Yippee, Elations is here... - 07/06/08 07:05 PM

LOL In HS we always made a run for the state border for booze. I can't even stand Nyquill IF I do need it. Something about the gag reflex..taste.

NOTE on ELATIONS....I found it at Wal-mart yesterday, $6.97/6pk. They had both flavors. TIP: For some mindless reason the first place I looked for it was in with the Boost/Ensure/Slimfast etc.... not there. It was with the arthritic remedies, like pain relievers. Not on the vitamin aisle with all the supplements, but pain reliever aisle. Semi-sorta somewhat makes sense I suppose?
