8pm TCM "Gigi" (1958) Lerner & Loewe adaption of Colette's story about Paris at the turn of the 20th century. Leslie Caron, Louis Jourdan, Maurice Chevalier, Hermoine Gingold, Eva Gabor. Vincent Minnelli directs. Considered one of the 100 best films of all time.

Drat, Josie, missed your recommendation AGAIN... I am just going to have to go look at my TCM channel and start setting up some recordings.

TCM carries some really great film classics. I post as soon as I see one. Those who have "On Demand" or something similar have much to pick from.... I try to stick to channels I think most people already have access to....I wish I could know days ahead of time, but I'm already involved in so many other research projects.
