If anyone likes food, restaurant drama, ghosts, and romance, this is a good book. The heroine also suffers great physical pain. Barbara O'Neil writes about food the way I wish I could.

I forgot to mention that there are 15+ recipes of Mayan/Mexican cuisine (main dishes and desserts) that I made copies of this AM before returning the book to the library.

Didn't want to give this one back.

Sounds like an interesting bk., Saundra. I have a few travelogue books where it's a blend of travel observations and recipes. Just wonderful!

orchid, this reminds me of Mom. When she traveled, she often bought recipe books from the region that shared soem of the best home style cooking by the locals.
