I can't recommend this book enough for those of you who have endured abuse or have suffered a traumatic event in your life that has left you standing in the shadows emotionally.
Belleruth is one of the foremost experts on guided imagery and using music to heal. She's just awesome!
Sugaree, I think this may be a huge help for you. It's an easy read with a lot of personal stories and it's hard to put down.
