From what I've heard....no caffiene, no hormones, reduce processed sugars. In my case, a hysterectomy finally took care of it....sad to say.

I am not looking for a hyterectomy! Thanks anyway. I will continue to take my Vitamin E which works wonders (almost), and stay away from caffeine.
I don't miss the caffeine sodas, coffee and teas, but don't mess with my chocolate!

EVENING PRIMROSE gelcaps get them at the local GNC or even at the grocer. i swear by them. please try them.

I started the evening primrose oil gelcaps and so far, so good! Will let you know more in a couple more months! Thanks!
