congratulations micki!!

you go girl!! the difference you must feel in your everyday life must be immeasurable!
i have lost a little over 30 pounds. i have one thing to say:

how micki felt before surgery: several thousand dollars wealthier
how micki felt after surgery: several thousand dollars poorer
how micki feels now: PRICELESS

I do feel very well, thanks! I just wish my hubby and Mom could have lived to enjoy the fruits of this journey. Each day is a new adventure, from driving the bus to getting a pedicure (My very first "awe" was when I could see through my toes---I don't have cocktail weenies for toes anymore!)
to wearing clothes that can be bought in "regular" stores (AND my very first pair of jeans WITHOUT a stretch waist!!).

no doubt about the regular stores comment. if only these goofy designers knew how much money they were missing out on from us bigger girls!! if more designers made clothes for larger women the industry would be inundated with money! but not for long from us!! i too am on my way to smaller clothes!
