I'm repeatedly amazed how internet can help with just about everything. I bet there is something for movies too, Dotsie. Maybe even one of these links; since most movies are written after books.

I'm still looking for a book I read in intermediate school, about the underground railroad. Years of searching has brought me little information. Who'd've known there's a website to look by way of subject matter... Isn't the web great?!

It was the telling of the underground railroad and told about individual families and how they helped from the deep south to Canada. It was so long ago that I read it, I may be mixing the whole idea of the book with a movie or two, but I do know I read it before movies about slavery and it made a huge impression on me. I've been trying to determine what the title was, because I want my grandbabes to read that one, plus To Kill A Mockingbird, and Corrie ten Boom's The Hiding Place.
