Just wanted to let you know that there are new articles and recipes at my site: Fresh Cooking from your Garden.

Here's a link that will take you to the list that contains all of my posted articles.

www.gardenandhearth.com/gardencooking/allarticles.htm

I've got a neat recipe there for a Patriotic Vegetable Platter perfect for the 4th of July.
Thanks for looking!
Hugs,
Robin

sure are..I've been reading them. I like the one on how to use vegetables for containers. You say...

When hollowed out and de-seeded, medium to large sized, tomatoes can also work well as a container for dip, sour cream or tuna salad.

What I use to do was slice a tomato ALMOST all the way thru twice (make a cross) and then fill it with tunfish salad. Putting some lettuce on the plate, then the filled tomato makes a pretty presentation too. And a nice LIGHT lunch. Serve with Oreo's, of course.

Robin, your site is bright, colorful and very attractive. I enjoy visiting and reading all your interesting ideas and recipes.

JJ, I think tomatoes make a nice garnish for anything chocolate.
