chatty lady Writer Registered: 02/24/04 Posts: 20267 Loc: Nevada	CORN PUDDING Ingredients: 2 cups cooked corn 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tbls. melted butter 1 tsp. salt 2 eggs, beaten 2 cups milk Directions: Combine corn, sugar, melted butter, salt and eggs. Stir until well blended. Heat milk, but do not boil. Add milk to corn mixture and stir until blended. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
