8 oz. cream cheese
10 oz. refried beans
4 to 5 hot italian peppers
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 C. sour cream
1/4 lb. monterey jack cheese
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese (I use all cheddar often)
In food processor, mix beans, cream cheese, and sour cream until smooth. Add taco seasoning and peppers. Pour half dip in casserole dish and add layer of cheese. repeat. Bake 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with totilla chips and watch it dissappear.
