i think i make a stupendous thanksgivng day meal. i cook so many dishes it is almost stupid! if amyone needs an idea for anything just ask. name the vegetable and i could probably give you a decent dish for it. it may be ordinary and i can not promise you that you have not heard of it before but go ahead and try to "stump the nillawafer". please realise i do southern cooking and no calories are spared. i make down home cooking food with a southern twist that can not be beat. i am not too bad with easy, cheap, simple, desserts either.

okay smartie pants!! get a few artichokes, steam the heck out of 'em, pull out the pointy things, strip off the "meat", add some cream cheese, some onion (finely diced), and some shredded cheese. mix it up and serve it on either toast points or crackers. a little yummy for earlier in the day! and by the way. you grandfather was one of the neatest people i have ever known in my life. at a seminar about seven years ago i was asked to name a person that truly made an unforgetable mark in my life and mr. doc was the first person that came to me...
