Anne Holmes Boomer in Chief Registered: 03/12/10 Posts: 3212 Loc: Illinois	The other day, after enjoying dinner at our favorite Mexican bistro, I reminded myself that it might be wise for me to start laying off the appetizer chips and salsa. I'd always figured it's a safe thing to eat, because salsa itself is low calorie, no fat, tasty and full of tomatoes. (We won't discuss the nutritional value of the nice warm chips at this time.) But the last two times we've been there for dinner, I find that just about bedtime, the salsa starts giving me heartburn... So I was interested in this article, which lists 12 Foods to Avoid Before Bedtime Apparently, several staples of a Mexican meal are on the list: tomatoes, cheese, beans, to start...
