summerbreeze Member Registered: 09/28/04 Posts: 43 Loc: St. Louis, MO	I had this recipe when I was in Maine, and it was wonderful. 2-3 lb. beef roast Sprinkle with pkg of dry onion soup Spread 2 cans cream of mushroom soup on top Add potatoes to pan. She baked it in the over for 4 hours, but I think I will do it in a crockpot. summerbreeze
