The plazas I see around our area are owned by the same building
company. And here's the thing: They let existing plaza stand
empty and build new structures a short distance away. This makes
no sense to me. I don't get it. The first plazas are brick, one-
story, and appear in good shape; they're relatively new. But those framings stand empty, when someone, somewhere could make
use of them.

Good to see you're posting. I understand what you're saying about
a few homeless not wanting to be tied to a home. I suppose some
folks are natural-born hobos. And happy to be that way. But the
people down on their luck, could certainly use the facilities I'm
talking about. The company doing this costly rebuilding, own half the world around here and seemingly could lend their fellow-man a helping hand. IMO!
