Lately I have been worried about my husband, (71 yrs. old). He has become extremely forgetfull, unconcentrated, moody and irritable. I also noticed that he has been holding his breath when sleeping; - gasping for air in intervals.

Well, after thorough examinations, he has been diagnosed with extreme sleep apnea,(holding his breath 200-300 times per night). This explains all the other systems. He now sleeps with a "breathing machine". Honestly, this is like a fountain of youth. His complexion is smooth and fresh, his eyes literally sparkle, and best of all he feels refreshed and spunky. And he's not so grumpy! Miracles DO happen!

I was afraid he was showing signs of a beginning demence! I wish I had heard of this illness years ago. I had no idea, and neither did he. Sleep arenea could be a reason for many problems. It can't be healed, but it can be treated! Thank God for modern medicine!
