Another TIP...

Store your eggs in their original cartoon rather than a designated egg tray. The carton insulates the eggs, so they remain at the correct temperature, 41* degrees, no matter how often you open and close the refrigerator door. The carton also prevents them from absorbing odors from neighboring foods.

I always use the carton too. I never knew about it keeping them the right temperature.

Oh sure because eggs can easily spoil if not kept cool enough constantly.
