Saundra Member Registered: 11/18/05 Posts: 1796 Loc: Daytona Beach, Florida	Anyone experienced this? Got pages from publishing company attached to email and can't open attachment even though I have acrobat reader. Error message says file does not exist. These are the sample page designs. A file extension is jpg, pdf, doc, etc. If it is a pdf file, you might try downloading the latest update from Acrobat - that would be free. Here's a link: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html If it's not a pdf file, then you may not have the proper software to view what the company sent you. When you first posted your question, I knew that there was a time when I knew the answer, but darn if I could remember what it was! But now I remember from my techie days that pdf attachments often can't be opened from within an email. They have to be saved to the computer before they'll open.
